The touchscreen enables the user to interact directly with what is displayed, rather than using  or other such devices other than a stylus, which is optional for most modern touchscreens.

4K resolution refers to a horizontal Display, commonly use several different 4K resolutions,Television and consumer media, 3840 × 2160 is the dominant 4K standard.Whereas the  industry uses 4096 × 2160 .The 4K television market share increased as prices fell dramatically.

An electronic visual display, informally a screen, is for presentation of images,text & Videos transmitted electronically, without producing a permanent record. Electronic visual displays include Television,Computer Monitor & Digital Signage. By the above definition, an overhead projector (along with screen onto which the text, images, or video is projected) could reasonably be considered an electronic visual display since it is a display device for the presentation of an images, plain text, or video transmitted electronically without producing a permanent record.
